In the position of Receptionist:

• You will ensure a smooth check-in/out process for all guests at all times, in line with brand standards
• You are responsible for ensuring that consistently high quality customer service is delivered
• You will be fully aware of the facilities, services and special promotions offered by the hotel
• You will ensure that your managers are kept fully aware of any relevant feedback from guests and other departments
• You will maximize room occupancy and use up-selling techniques to promote hotel services and facilities
• You will comply with hotel security, fire regulations and all health and safety legislation
• You will provide a personal and friendly service to our guests
• You will be the first and last point of contact for our guests, ensuring an exceptional guest experience is delivered at all times
• You must be able to multitask effectively whilst delivering excellent customer service

The front desk is open 24/7 and you will be working in shifts both AM and PM.

• You are a natural host
• You are flexible and have a positive attitude
• You have experience as a Receptionist
• You have excellent communication and guest service skills
• You have an eye for details
• You have an inspiring and positive energy
• You are used to working with Opera (PMS)
• You speak and write fluently German and English

Als Rezeptionist/-in:

• bietest du unseren Gästen zu jeder Zeit einen reibungslosen Check-in und Check-Out Prozess gemäß den Markenstandards
• bietest du einen gleichbleibend hochwertiger Gästeservice
• kennst du dich in dem Haus bestens aus, und bis über die angebotenen Leistungen und Sonderangebote immer gut informiert
• informierst du die Manager über alle relevanten Feedback der Gäste und leitest die informationen aus anderen Abteilungen ebenfalls weiter an die Manager
• du beteiligst dich aktiv an der Maximierung der Belegung indem zu die Upselling-Techniken einsetzt; du informierst die Gäste über die angebotenen Zusatzleistungen
• beachtest du die Sicherheitsvorschriften, die Brandschutzbestimmungen, als auch alle Gesundheitsvorschriften
• bietest du unseren Gästen einen individuellen und freundlichen Service an
• bist du der erste und letzte Ansprechpartner für unsere Gäste und sorgst dafür, dass in dem Haus jederzeit ein außergewöhnliches Gästeerlebnis geboten wird
• kannst du Multitasking effektiv einsetzten und dabei stäts exzellenten Gästeservice bieten

Die Rezeption ist rund um die Uhr geöffnet, du arbeitest in einem Schichtsystem, sowohl Vormittags als auch Nachmittags.

QUALIFIKATIONEN

• Du bist ein geborener Gastgeber
• Du bist flexibel und hast eine positive Lebenseinstellung
• Du hast die ersten Erfahrungen als Front Office Mitarbeiter gesammelt
• Du verfügst über ausgezeichnete Kommunikations- und Gästeservice Fähigkeiten
• Du hast ein gutes Auge für Details
• Du hast eine inspirierende und positive Energie
• Du hast mindestens 1 Jahr Erfahrung in einer ähnlichen Position
• Du bist es gewohnt mit Opera (PMS) zu arbeiten
• Du hast eine sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
