Bar Crew Member / Barista

The purpose of the Bar Crew Member / Barista is to provide excellent, friendly service to our guests and to give them the MOXY experience, that makes them come back again and again.

What you’ll do:

• Serve drinks as a real bartender/barista while keeping the bar clean
• Create an amazing time for every guest by having a chat and keeping the bar stocked
• Loves cocktails and knows how to make at least the basic ones
• Keep your focus on the F&B area while answering or passing along every question of each guest
• Follow Marriott standards while setting up breakfast, lunch or dinner
• Help with cleaning and inventory, address stock that needs to ordered and minimize waste
• Help out your team where needed in every department
• Follow food, alcohol licensing, security and health and safety olciies
• Promote the Marriott brand and bring it to life!

Behaviours and experiences for success:

• You worked in a restaurant or bar or hotel before
• You have knowledge of cocktails and drinks
• You can speak and read English and Italian
• You have high energy, and a can-do- attitude
• You thrive on meeting guests, chatting to them, and making connections
• A skilled multitasker who can balance hard work with great service
• You’re a team player, supporting and helping your teammates, contributing to making the hotel a great place
