We’re seeking a dynamic F&B Manager to join our vibrant team at Moxy Brussels City Center. As the head of our F&B operations, you’ll play a pivotal role in filling our restaurant, maximizing revenue, and creating unforgettable guest experiences.

Your Responsibilities

• People Management: Lead and inspire a high-performing F&B team, encouraging a positive and collaborative work environment.
• Commercial Acumen: Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to drive restaurant awareness and increase customer footfall.
• Revenue Generation: Optimize F&B operations to maximize profitability and achieve revenue targets.
• Menu Evaluation: Continuously assess menu performance and make data-driven recommendations for improvements.
• Event Management: Coordinate and execute successful F&B events to attract new customers and enhance the restaurant’s reputation.
• Networking: Build strong relationships within the local community and hospitality industry to expand the restaurant’s reach.
• Team Leadership: Oversee the entire F&B team, including the Hotel Bar and Hotel Restaurant, ensuring efficient operations and exceptional guest service.

Your Profile

• Proven experience working in a high-volume restaurant.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• A deep understanding of F&B operations, including menu development, cost control, and inventory management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to drive revenue and profitability.
• A passion for creating memorable guest experiences.
