Kitchen Intern
We have a fantastic position for a Kitchen Intern in our restaurant Le Cinquante Et Un at the Courtyard by Marriott Brussels EU.
As a Kitchen Intern you will be part of an amazing kitchen team.
You will be working closely with our team of chefs to ensure that dishes are prepared and cooked according to the standards.
Are we looking for YOU as our next Kitchen Intern?!
As a kitchen intern you will work in the kitchen of Le Cinquante Et Un. You will join an international team where everyone is important. In the kitchen we prepare breakfast, lunch, dinner and room service.
Main tasks and responsibilities:
- Making mice and place with fresh ingredients
- Cooking dishes from the authentic Italian kitchen
- Supporting the chefs in the kitchen
- Compliance with the HACCP rules
- Ensuring proper storage and processing of various products
We are looking for an intern with passion or a strong curiosity for cooking. Additionally, looking for someone with the following qualities:
- You follow a relevant HBO or MBO course;
- You are looking for an internship for at least 5 months;
- You are independent, representative and stress-resistant;
- You are creative and like to think along!
