F&B Attendant (Crew member)

As F&B Attendant at the Moxy, you are responsible for setting up and clearing the meal service. The meal service usually consists of a buffet during breakfast , lunch and dinner “a la carte” . It is your task to ensure that the buffet remains fully stocked at all times. If necessary, you provide guests with drinks or condiments upon request. In addition, you take care of sweeping, vacuuming and mopping the floors, as well as cleaning and sanitizing the tables and countertops after each meal service.

To work safely, you always follow all food safety and health policies and licensing, as well as the instructions and checks that you must follow and perform for certain activities. Likewise, you always provide customer service and hospitality. By doing this, you ensure that the meal service is well maintained and that the hotel restaurant is a welcoming place for guests.

During the shift, you usually work with one or two other F&B Attendants and the Supervisor.

For this position it is mandatory to have an eligible visa to work full-time in Germany: we do not sponsor visas for this role.

What is required?

• Experience in hospitality is a plus
• Good knowledge of customer relations
• Good communication and guest service skills and you have an eye for detail
• Good command of the German and English language
• Venturous, humble, helpful and approachable

You are also responsible for cleaning the kitchen area, as well as the tables and work surfaces after each meal.

You will always follow all food safety and health guidelines, as well as the instructions and controls you are required to follow and carry out for certain activities. You will also always strive to provide good customer service and hospitality, ensuring that meals are well served and that the hotel restaurant is a welcoming place for guests.

During your shift, you will typically work with one or two other F&B employees and the shift manager.

 For this position it is mandatory that you have a valid visa for full-time employment in Germany: We do not sponsor a visa for this position.

Qualifications:

• Experience in the hotel industry is an advantage
• experience in customer service
• Good communication skills and good interaction with guests as well as an eye for detail
• Good knowledge of German and English
