As a Night Receptionist at the Courtyard Amsterdam you will be a member of a great team where everyone is just as important as the other.

This is a part-time position of 2 night shifts per week, from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM.

• You will be responding to every guest’s request, including concierge requests.
• You will meet different guests every day and you will have an exciting time.
• You need to provide a personal and friendly service to our guests.
• You are service-minded and your focus is on the guest experience.
• You have an eye for detail.
• You are a team player.
• You have great energy and you are a people person.
• You are flexible and positive.
• You have experience working at a hotel reception before.
• You are good with technology and have experience working with Opera (PMS).
• You speak and write English and Dutch fluently, and preferably a third language.
• You are flexible with working night shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• During the night, you are responsible for ensuring a safe and smooth operation of the hotel.
• You are comfortable working independently during the night and handling guest requests or unexpected situations.
• You will make sure that all relevant information is handed over to the morning team.

Dit is een parttime functie van 2 nachtdiensten per week, van 23:00 tot 07:00 uur.

• Je beantwoordt alle vragen en verzoeken van onze gasten, inclusief conciergeverzoeken.
• Je ontmoet iedere dag verschillende gasten en geen nacht is hetzelfde.
• Je zorgt voor een persoonlijke, vriendelijke en gastgerichte service.
• Je bent servicegericht en jouw focus ligt op een geweldige gastervaring.
• Je hebt oog voor detail.
• Je bent een teamplayer.
• Je hebt een positieve en energieke houding en bent een echte people person.
• Je bent flexibel en positief ingesteld.
• Je hebt ervaring met werken bij een hotelreceptie.
• Je bent goed met technologie en hebt ervaring met Opera (PMS).
• Je spreekt en schrijft vloeiend Nederlands en Engels en bij voorkeur ook een derde taal.
• Je bent flexibel en vindt het geen probleem om nachtdiensten te werken, inclusief weekenden en feestdagen.
• Tijdens de nacht ben je verantwoordelijk voor een veilige en soepele gang van zaken in het hotel.
• Je kunt goed zelfstandig werken en bent in staat om tijdens de nacht om te gaan met onverwachte situaties en verzoeken van gasten.
• Je zorgt ervoor dat alle relevante informatie goed wordt overgedragen aan het ochtendteam.
