Front Desk Crew Member

Job Description

As Front Office Crew Member, you have multiple roles – from Front Desk Attendant to Greeter and Bartender – and you also perform a number of different tasks.

You begin your shift by greeting guests, checking and responding to emails, and handling guest inquiries. Throughout the shift, you manage arrivals and departures, update reservations, prepare the necessary reports, and ensure all operational information is accurate and up to date.

You also support daily hotel operations by assisting with breakfast and bar service as needed, helping guests with food and beverages, maintaining clean and organized public areas, and ensuring all service stations are fully stocked. Day and night shifts may both operate until 2:00 a.m., depending on operational requirements.

Finally, you complete your shift by handing over all relevant information to the incoming team, including unresolved issues, guest requests, operational updates, and any tasks requiring follow-up to ensure a smooth transition between shifts.

What is required?

  • Experience in hospitality is a plus
  • Good knowledge of customer relations
  • Good command of the Danish and English language
  • Humble, helpful and approachable
