1. Promoter
The promoter of this competition is Hotel Co 51 UK, with its principal place of business at 804-834 Bath Road, Hounslow, TW5 9UH.
2. Eligibility
2.1. The competition is open exclusively to Marriott Bonvoy Elite members who are 18 years or older at the time of receiving the scratch card. Proof of age and membership may be required.
2.2. Employees of Hotel Co 51 UK, and Marriott International, Inc., its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
2.3. Scratch cards will be distributed only to individuals who purchase a room at participating Moxy Hotels within the promotional period. No purchase is necessary for the scratch card itself; however, it will form part of the Marriott Bonvoy Elite appreciation experience.
2.4. Non-members of Marriott Bonvoy are not eligible to receive or redeem a scratch card, though will be eligible for participation on their next stay if they register for Marriott Bonvoy and book direct on Marriott.com or Marriott Bonvoy app.
3. How to Participate
3.1. Eligible participants will receive one scratch card upon check-in at participating Moxy Hotels.
3.2. Each participant is limited to one scratch card per booking, regardless of the number of rooms booked or nights stayed.
3.3. Scratch cards must be scratched to reveal the prize at the point of distribution. Unclaimed or unscratched cards will be deemed void.
4. Prizes
4.1. The prizes available on the scratch cards are as follows:

- Free pizza.
- Free drink (to include draft, canned, or bottled beer, 250ml glass of wine, single shot cocktail from cocktail menu, soft drink.
- Free 250ml glass of wine.
- Free standard cocktail.
- 1,000 Marriott Bonvoy Points.
- 5,000 Marriott Bonvoy Points.
- A “Moxy Bedroom,” consisting of:
- Marriott Queen Divan Bed.
- Marriott Queen Mattress.
- Marriott Duvet.
- 4 Marriott Pillows.

4.2. The maximum prize value is the “Moxy Bedroom” as described in clause 4.1.
4.3. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other alternatives.
5. Prize Redemption
5.1. Prizes must be claimed by presenting the winning scratch card to the front desk at the participating hotel before checkout.
5.2. For larger prizes, including the “Moxy Bedroom,” winners will be contacted within 28 days to arrange delivery to a UK address. Delivery is subject to verification of eligibility and proof of winning.
5.3. All prizes must be claimed within 28 days of the date the scratch card is issued (your stay date), unless otherwise stated.
6. General Conditions
6.1. The promoter reserves the right to disqualify participants who tamper with the entry process or otherwise breach these terms and conditions.
6.2. The promoter accepts no liability for lost, damaged, or incomplete scratch cards.
6.3. The promoter’s decision in all matters relating to this competition is final and binding. No correspondence will be entered into.
6.4. Participants are responsible for any tax implications resulting from their acceptance of a prize.
7. Limitation of Liability
7.1. The promoter will not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from participation in the competition or the acceptance of any prize, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.

9. Governing Law
9.1. These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this competition will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
