Breakfast Supervisor
About the role:
Your shift runs from 06:00 to 14:00. You will begin by organizing and setting up the breakfast buffet, ensuring everything is ready for service by 07:00. During breakfast, you’ll lead the team on the floor—welcoming guests, serving coffee, keeping the buffet stocked, and making sure everything runs efficiently and with a smile.
After service, you’ll manage the clean-up, restocking, and preparation for the next day to make sure we’re always ready to offer a great experience.
What we are looking for:
- A friendly, positive attitude and a hands-on leadership style
- Someone who enjoys mornings and brings energy to the start of the day
- Previous experience in hospitality or F&B, ideally with team leadership
- Confidence under pressure and an eye for detail
- A team player who communicates clearly and supports others
- A commitment to great guest service and clean, well-run operations
Your profile:
You are an experienced F&B person, positive, flexible and you know how to deal with stress. You have an extensive experience in leading positions within hotel, restaurant or meeting business. The knowledge of English is a must, Dutch and other languages are a plus.
