MOXY YORK MAKES ITS MARK WITH MARRIOTT BONVOY LOYALTY EXCELLENCE AWARD WIN

As the world’s largest hotel loyalty programme, Bonvoy enhances travel for millions of members worldwide by rewarding their stays and providing access to unforgettable experiences.

Out of more than 1,300 Marriott properties and 29 brands across EMEA, Moxy York achieved the largest regional increase in loyalty recognition, boosting their performance by an extraordinary 192%.

However, this award represents much more than a number – it’s a reflection of the team’s unwavering commitment to putting people first and creating memorable stays. From contacting every elite member before arrival and welcome gifts to following up on guests’ Bonvoy experiences at check out, the award is testament to the teams’ dedication to going above and beyond.
