Maintenance Technician (Haustechniker)

As a maintenance technician, you are responsible for keeping the hotel in good condition. The demands on our facilities are high in terms of the technical equipment as well as the quality of the hotel. In order to maintain this standard, we are looking for a technical skilled house technician who would like to take over all tasks for the care and maintenance of our hotel.

You will be responsible for all building services and ensure that all safety criteria are met. To this end, you will carry out daily room checks and general rounds.

Using a checklist, you check all devices and systems in the rooms and take care of repairs if necessary. You also do this for the outside of the hotel by checking everything on the roofs, in the garden and in the parking. You also check that everything looks nice and clean. If you cannot repair something yourself or are not authorised to do so, you hire external companies to do the job.

For this position it is mandatory to have an eligible visa to work full-time in Germany: we do not sponsor visas for this role.

What is required?

• Experience as maintenance technician or similar industry
• Ability to work under pressure- technical and manual understanding
• Control and monitoring of ventilation and heating systems
• Carrying out the weekly sprinkler test
• Operation of the BMS
• Carrying out minor repairs, mainly painting work and maintenance work
• Control of maintenance works and contracted works
• Reading meter readings
• Pro-active, friendly and helpful

Als Haustechniker bist du dafür verantwortlich, das Hotel in gutem Zustand zu halten. Die Anforderungen an unsere Einrichtung sind hoch, was die technischen Anlagen, sowie die Qualität des Hotels angeht. Um diesen Standard zu bewahren, suchen wir einen technisch und handwerklich versierten Haustechniker, der sämtliche Aufgaben zur Pflege und Instandhaltung unseres Hotels übernehmen möchte.

Du bist für alle haustechnischen Bereiche, zuständig und sorgst dafür, dass alle Sicherheitskriterien eingehalten werden. Dazu führst du tägliche Zimmerkontrollen  und allgemeine Rundgänge durch.

Anhand einer Checkliste kontrollierst du alle Geräte und Anlagen in den Räumen und kümmerst dich bei Bedarf um Reparaturen. Das tust du auch für den Außenbereich des Hotels, indem du alles auf den Dächern, im Garten und auf dem Parkplatz kontrollierst. Du kontrollierst auch, ob alles schön und sauber aussieht. Wenn du etwas nicht selbst reparieren kannst oder dazu nicht befugt bist, beauftragst du externe Firmen mit diesen Aufgaben.

• Ausbildung im Handwerk oder in der Industrie

• Ablesen von Zählerständen
