F&B Attendant

As F&B Attendant at the Moxy, you are responsible for setting up and clearing the meal service. The meal service usually consists of a buffet during breakfast, lunch and dinner “a la carte”. It is your task to ensure that the buffet remains fully stocked at all times. If necessary, you provide guests with drinks or condiments upon request. In addition, you take care of sweeping, vacuuming and mopping the floors, as well as cleaning and sanitizing the tables and countertops after each meal service.

To work safely, you always follow all food safety and health policies and licensing, as well as the instructions and checks that you must follow and perform for certain activities. Likewise, you always provide customer service and hospitality. By doing this, you ensure that the meal service is well maintained and that the hotel restaurant is a welcoming place for guests.

During the shift, you usually work with one or two other F&B Attendants and the Supervisor.

For this position it is mandatory to have an eligible visa to work full-time in Germany: we do not sponsor visas for this role.

What is required?

• Experience in hospitality is a plus
• Good knowledge of customer relations
• Good communication and guest service skills and you have an eye for detail
• Good command of the German and English language
• Venturous, humble, helpful and approachable

Als F&B Attendant im Moxy bist du für den Aufbau und das Abräumen der Speisen verantwortlich. Das Speisenangebot besteht in der Regel aus einem Buffet zum Frühstück, sowie Mittag- und Abendessen „à la carte“. Es ist deine Aufgabe, dafür zu sorgen, dass das Buffet immer vollständig aufgefüllt ist. Falls erforderlich, versorgst du die Gäste auf Wunsch mit Getränken oder stehst ihnen für andere Anfragen zur Verfügung. Außerdem bist du für das Saubermachen des Küchenbereichs, sowie der Tische und Arbeitsflächen nach jeder Mahlzeit verantwortlich.

Du befolgst stets alle Richtlinien  zur Lebensmittelsicherheit und zum Gesundheitsschutz sowie die Anweisungen und Kontrollen, die du für bestimmte Tätigkeiten befolgen und durchführen musst. Außerdem bist du stets um einen guten Kundenservice und gastfreundschaftliches Auftreten bemüht. So sorgst du dafür, dass die Mahlzeiten gut serviert werden und das Hotelrestaurant ein einladender Ort für die Gäste ist.

Während deiner Schicht arbeitest du in der Regel mit einem oder zwei anderen F&B-Mitarbeitern und dem Schichtleiter zusammen.

 Für diese Stelle ist es zwingend erforderlich, dass du ein gültiges Visum für eine Vollzeitbeschäftigung in Deutschland hast: Wir sponsern kein Visum für diese Stelle.

Qualifikationen:

• Erfahrung in der Hotelerie ist von Vorteil
• Erfahrung im Kundenservice
• Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und guter Umgang mit Gästen sowie ein Auge für Details
• Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
• Entschlossen, bescheiden, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend
