As the Assistant Front Office Manager at the Courtyard by Marriott Amsterdam Arena Atlas. You are responsible for ensuring that consistent high quality customer service is delivered. You will provide guidance and leadership for the Front Office staff. You will motivate and support our Front Office Team and ensure our guests’ satisfaction and you will provide a personal and friendly service to our guests. The front desk is open 24/7 and you will be working in shifts AM, PM and if necessary night.
We are looking for a person who wants to be apart of developing our hotel. As the Assistant Front Office Manager you are responsible for the entire Front Office department and you report to the Front Office Manager.
We are looking for a person who wants to be a part of our hotel in the position of Assistant Front Office Manager. You are responsible for the entire Front Office department, and you report to the Front Office Manager. You will be responsible for the arrival and departure of our guests, the completion of all supervisor shift checklists, as well as responding to every guest’s requests including conciergery.

You are/have:
- a natural leader and host
- flexible and positive
- experience working at the frond desk
- excellent communicator and have great guest service skills
- an eye for details and only the best is good enough
- an inspiring energy and always with a smile on your face
- be able to encourage and build mutual trust, respect, and cooperation among team members
- provide feedback to employees based on observation of service behaviors
- minimum 3 year of supervising position
- able to speak and write fluently English and preferably a second language
- good with technology and worked with Opera before
- service minded and your focus is on the guest experience.
- a team player
- collaborate with the Front Office Manager on ways to continually improve departmental service and the objectives of the department
